Maybe the pci device id of your card is not recognized by LTSP. Try to specify the driver manually in dhcpd.conf (although it is a PCI card): option option-128 e4:45:74:68:00:00; # This is _no_ MAC-address! option option-129 "NIC=eepro100"; I think eepro100 is the corrct one in your case.
