However, I did find that by repeatedly re-starting the terminal, the eepro would occasionally get past the 'Searching for server' point and the terminal would then work just fine ... until the next reboot of the terminal. I could not identify any reason for this random behaviour. I pulled them out and installed 3C905's in their place. Pity.

And stops. Once again, the only communication between the client and
server is a DHCPDISCOVER and a DHCPOFFER - then nothing.
