I love Gentoo.  I have it running on three machines now.  It takes the
hassle out of installing software, and keeping it up to date.  Support
is excellent due to it's large userbase, but getting it installed can be
frustrating.

Yep, I figured that.  In fact, I had the path wrong at some point, and I
got an error saying the kernel couldn't be found, so tftp must be
working enough to be able to report that.

Here is my config.

service tftp
{
        socket_type = dgram
        protocol    = udp
        user        = root
        server      = /usr/sbin/in.tftpd
        server_args = -v -s /tftpboot
        port        = 69
        wait        = yes
#       only_from   = 0.0.0.0
        disable     = no
}



I put a CD-Rom drive on my mini-itx, and I can boot into www.knopper.net
Linux (Linux distro that boots into KDE from a CD!!).  Is there anything
I can do once at the shell, to test my tftp server?
