Hey, this may be yesterday's news to some of you, but I just found out
something that might interest the group.  Red Hat offers K12LTSP on it's
up2date servers.  You have to ask to join their "Educational Channel"
(see http://www.redhat.com/software/rhn/education/).

'up2date' is a very simple way to keep Red Hat systems updated.  For
example, if you want to install squid you can just type "up2date squid"
and you will get it, along with any prerequisites you need.  I'm
guessing that you just run "up2date k12ltsp" to get LTSP.

For the novice sysadmin, this might be a big help.
