I need some hard data on LTSP installation. In the archives of this list
and K12 parallels there is some anecdotal evidence on how and where LTSP
is being used. John Clay's spreadsheet is useful for the financial
argument but before one gets that far there is still the sheer numbers
argument to win. So where could I go to find the real usage information
that management wants?
Items I'm looking for are:
types of deployment, school/college/university
public access service eg internet cafe/library
commerical/business eg research/sales/hot desk
how many clients served
numbers of server
network topology
geography continental North America is more impressive to
management :-( hey I live in England. ;-)
Also any big name organisations that are using LTSP.
