Educational - Washington Bible College/Capital Bible Seminary

Software - I accidentally found out that Best Software, makers of the MIP
software line [http://www.mip.com/] use LTSP for their tech support and they run
it on the same server as their FTP server.  (They mistakenly made the entire
tree available to me and I asked when I noticed the TFTP directory, etc. and
they confirmed.)
