Oscar,

You described in great detail your hardware, but you didn't describe
the problem, other than the subject line.

When you say it hangs daily, how about more detail ?

Does the whole system hang ?  

Server and clients at the same time ?

Can you ping the server ?

Can you press Alt-F1, Alt-F2 on the server to get additional screens ?

How do you recover ?  Reboot ?

Please describe the PROBLEM more thorougly, and we'll try to help you.
