Hi, thanks for telling me your experience with MAC Address in LTSP. Right now I would like to try to use a single configuration for all client as all of them comes with the same configuration. This helps me, because I don't need to get all their MAC address.
I've attached to this mail the: /etc/dhcpd.conf the LTSP lts.conf /etc/hosts
because my client is just tring to find the DHCP server. I work with a Debian3.0 I've checked and the DHCP deamon is working. ipchains and iptables are not yet configured by me.
So I've try to de-REM the ws001 code, adding the right MAC address and de-REMming its IP.
After that the client founds the DHCP server... Someone could explain me this? Thanks in advance, Grendel
