No. There is only one printer attached to a diskless workstation
(which  by coincidence ;-) is the teacher's place). The server knows
where to access it (fix ip addresses in that setup). There is one cups
printer queue. The teachers know how to start/stop that queue - kids
can print as much as they like to that printer as long as it is
stopped. When teacher needs it, he just activates via web-interface
and stops afterwards. Of course, if "active", everyone can print.
