Hi Pankaj,
    One solution that  I use is to put the rdesktop command in the
.xsession file in the users home directory with their user name,
resolution, and server name to connect to.  As soon as the user
logs into the server, it will automatically launch rdesktop for that
user.  Example:
   rdesktop -u username -d workgroup/domain -f server.domainname

With LTSP 4.0, soon you will be able to use a screen script to
launch rdesktop without having to login first, but for now the
above solution works fine.
