Pankaj, What window manager/desktop environment are you using? We use KDE 3.1.2 here which uses KDEM as its login manager. KDM has autologin functionality. I believe GDM, used by GNOME, has similiar functionality.
Once your ltsp terminal has logged in automatcally and started its users environment, I am sure it is a trivial matter to get rdesktop to startup on login.
