Hy Ken, thanks for your reply! I checked with tcpdump if the bradcast ist going out of the client. in the dump i found the line: 0:a0:c9:12:7:da sap 12 > Bradcast sap c9 07/C len=579
well thats the mac of the client we're talking about, the funny thing ist the dhcp server does not recognise the Broadcast, cause there is no entry in the syslog like it is for the other bradcast from other clients ...???
