>From What I see, EB correctly broadcasts for a DHCP Discover. However, your DHCP server is replying with a DHCP OFFER to 192.168.102.5 instead of broadcasting to 255.255.255.255. I have looked at a lot of tcpdump files and that it the first I have seen where the dhcp server is offering an ip address to an ip address. At this point in the game, the EB driver and the NIC does not know its ip address so it is probably ignoring anything sent to that address. I would be interested in seeing whether a tcpdump for a working card behaves similarly. I suspect that your dhcpd.conf file may have some problems. Ken may be able to offer a better interpretation.
