First of all - thanks to all "helpers" :-))

With your help it works - I tell it now for the archive:
I need the fonts only at openoffice and that's sooo easy to install:
Start the program /opt/OpenOffice/program/spadmin (as root) add new fonts for
example from /usr/X11R6/lib/X11/fonts/truetype or copy the fonts from a
win98-operatingsystem to an usb-stick and add it from there - that's all :-)
Now I've got over 200 fonts at the clients and haven't to run a XFontserver or
similar.
