Uhm, well, yeah, I would have to apologize to the list, because I got a personal message from Joel Amoros, who pointed me to http://www.linuxplanet.com/linuxplanet/tutorials/3100/1 ...which is exactly what I'm looking for. The problem was that I've been messing seriously with my mail server, and it started refusing connections last night, so I didn't see his message before late. Other than that, people around here prefer to find topical lists rather than geographic lists, there are hardly general mailinglists in Norwegian...
