Some would want the opposite wanting mixcased passwords to
increase security. Knowing that somones password it "password" does not
help if the password is actually "pasSwOrd" (a supprisingly secure
password believe it or not!
I would surgest that you send a code to turn caps lock off when
you bring up the login prompt. The the user always starts off with it in
the same state or use some on screen method to show its on.
