You can use a script for that: Instead of calling mozilla, call
/usr/local/bin/mozilla-starter.
That script would then look (with ps) if mozilla is running as the current
user - if no, write $DISPLAY > ~/.mozilla-display, else read
~/.mozilla-display. If it is the same as current display, start another
instance, else exit.
Should be fairly easy... but that's just out of my head.
Give me a ring if you need help on that.
