mpascal- I am just missing something here as the idea of running 2k in vmware on an ltsp server is seriously not cost effective be cuase you have just run the price of each 2k lic. up by at least $120 to $300 per seat)education copy or commercial ). the money you will save in lic alone would pay for the second server 2k terminal server.
