Volker,

There shouldn't be any problem with this. You will have to set up the LTSP 
server's services yourself (tftp, nfs, dhcpd, XDMCP, syslog, etc...) because 
the nice installation scripts won't recognize the host, but after that 
everything should work. The LTSP installation documentation is quite thorough 
on how to do this.
