I don't get the printer to work on the client. This is what I have
done:
1)
lts.conf:
[ws005.lnet]
PRINTER_0_DEVICE = /dev/lp0
PRINTER_0_TYPE = P
SCREEN_01 = startx
(I have tested that changing the screen_01 entry here actually works..).
2)
# tar -xvzf ltsp-lp_server-1.1.6-0-i386.tgz
i386/sbin/lp_server
3)
Rebooted the client:
4)
Followed: http://www.ltsp.org/documentation/ltsp-3.0-4-no.html#AEN488
5)
# telnet 192.168.200.9 9100
Trying 192.168.200.9...
telnet: connect to address 192.168.200.9: Connection refused
What can be wrong??
I got this to work easily on ltsp v.3...
