I just played with the K12LTSP iso's. I installed it onto a virgin machine
with two nics. Beautiful!!!

But

Issue 1

Fedora does not load sound on several workstations and says "redhat may not
support this sound card"
Suse 9.1 does support the sound card. Can I load up a server with Suse 9.1
and then do the install of just LTSP? I downloaded an iso for that but chose
to try the full K12LTSP (Fedora Core) because I wanted setup to be idiot
proof.

If I can install LTSP onto Suse which does recognize the sound cards that
would be great. If I do go that route is the setup of the terminal server
pretty much automatic as it was when installing the full version?

Issue 2

the machines with on board nics for the most part supported PXE which I
understand is the default. Once I told the workstations to boot from the
nics using PXE it worked like a charm. But those on board nics that did not
mention PXE in the bios tried to boot with "rpl-rom" and failed. How do I
set up the server to accept both? and I have some pci NICS, which I assume I
would need boot roms for. I will work on that later

help with these issues would be greatly appreciated
