Hey hey hey... wait a sec: Can you repeat thar "you can either get a realtek PXE rom (...) binary on their website" part? Don't we need a rom-programmer (some hardware device that I think I have no access to, I don't even know what it is or what it looks like...) to put the rom into and onlu then use that binary to program it?
