Dear Friends, I've mounted my Local CDROM as \\ws024\lcdrom.I run an automount system and mount this local device as /misc/localcd and create a symlink to it as :: /cdrom
When I Put a cd in client CDROM cd I run cd Command :: > [root@ .... /] # cd /cdrom it mounts cd automatically and I can see the contents with a ls command. But The Problem is that when there's no cd in client CDROM, and we run cd command > [root@ .... /] # cd /cdrom It shows this line of error until we restart the Server and doesn't work for any more cds > bash: cd: /cdrom: Input/output error It means that :: We can see the contetnts of Client cdrom fine and currectly, but If we do cd (change directory) command with no cd in CDROM , the device faults until we restart the server. How We Can Solve This Problem ?
