Hi all,

Since we had a first "burn-in" test on Friday, we have been running on the new LTSP server from 25 workstations, and everything just runs fine :-)

So I just want to thank everyone of the LTSP for their great work and everyone on the list who helped me with many hints and tips during the last months.

To give you a short summary: We are a privately run language school and have large computer lab for 24 students + 1 teacher. The computers are older P1 and PIIs with everything from 133 to 233 MHz and 16 to 65 MB RAM, the network is a mixed 10/100 MBit cable salad :-) The server is a double Xeon 2.4 GHz with 2 GB RAM and two 60 GB S-ATA HDDs with a Suse 9.1 on it. There is LTSP 3 running because I started months ago...

Today, we experienced only minor problems, and I will post a question right after this...

Rolf
