Eric,

your X_MOUSE_DEVICE isn't correct.  it's not a /dev/psaux port,
it should be "/dev/input/mice"

Try that, and see if it works.

ALSO, make sure that if you are specifying this stuff in a specific
workstation section, like '[ws001]', make sure the client knows it's own
hostname.

Try setting  'SCREEN_01 = shell', and reboot.  see if you get a bash
prompt.  and, if you do, type 'hostname' and see if it shows you a
hostname.

if it doesn't, then you can also use either the IP address or the MAC
address in the square brackets.  ie:

 [192.168.0.1]
     X_MOUSE_PROTOCOL = "IMPS/2"
