Hello Peter!
Trying your package (thank you!), but I have a little problem:
scanimage -L (in the shell on the client) doesn't find the
scanner. Not so strange, since I can't find any node for it (no
/dev/usbscanner, /dev/scanner ore anything in /dev/usb). The usb and
scanner module seems to be loaded correctly, and I get a message when
I plug inn the usb cable inn the client.
("hub.c: new usb device 00:07.2-1, assigned address 3
usb.c: USB device 3 (vend/prod 0x03f0 0x0801) is not claimed by any
active driver.")
I have got the scanner (an hp scanjet 7400c) to work on a fat linux
pc, and copied over the avision.conf file to
[ltsp_dir]/i386/etc/sane.d folder.
My lts.conf entry is:
[ws035]
MODULE_01 = usb-uhci
MODULE_02 = scanner
RCFILE_01 = xinetd
SCREEN_01 = shell
You know what's wrong?
Regards
Henrik
