Some of Intel's implementations of pxe discard IP packets with the Don't 
Fragment (DF) bit set. 
As root echo 1 /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_no_pmtu_disc

If this works, add it to the end of rc.local to preserve the change when you 
reboot the server.
