This is indeed not the issue. Automount is indeed used, but I have the symlink already. It's really a problem with konqueror. I can cd into the automounted floppy directory and its subdirectories. I can do that on the cli and as said with mc. However, konqueror can't do it. I'm just curious if others can use konqueror to browse the floppy directory(ies).
