Hi,

- go to www.rom-o-matic.org and check out the Latest Production Release 5.2.5, 
click on the link and read about howto make a boot-floppy. This boot-floppy 
will take the place of the (hardware) boot-ROM of the ethernet NIC. Follow 
the ltsp how-to to the point - and you should be running.

- one trick: on the server, as root, in a shell do 

#tail -f /var/log/messages 

as the clients are booting. This should give you an idea of what's going on.

- that should get you started in a flash!
