Eric,

Double check the permissions of the the following:

  /home/ws099                        Should be drwx------
  /home/ws099/.ssh                   Should be drwx------
  /home/ws099/.ssh/authorized_keys   Should be -rw-------

9 times out of 10, that's the reason it doesn't work.
