I have been doing some testing with a dynapro touchscreen and finally got all of the settings correct (doing some modification of build_x4_cfg) using ltsp as a test environment for calibration. I am having a problem getting the calibration right locally on the systems, which is needed for failure situations. Therefore, I am trying to find out how to get exactly the XF86Config-4 file that is generated for a session from ltsp. I see that it claims to copy it to /tmp on the client, but I do not see the file.
I have tried to chroot /opt/ltsp/i386/ and run the script to generate XF86Config, but I think the scripts are expecting to be run some other way, as the lts.conf settings are not getting updated in the file. Also, I would like the driver information for the running X server, etc. I'd rather not have to go through every script if possible... Leah -- Must not turn into a snake.
