Is /etc/named.conf standard on Redhat? I've got /etc/host.conf and /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/host.conf (I assumed by /var/chroot you meant the location of the ltsp install). host.conf has the command order hosts,bind which is I think what you're referring to. And no, I am not the original asker, but the question is similar to my issues.
