Richard,

Ok, just re-install ltsp-4.1.1, to a separate directory, like
/opt/ltsp-4.1.1

Then, update your dhcpd.conf file, to set the root-path to the new
location.

Then, copy your lts.conf file from your old ltsp tree to your new one.
