ltsp does not make the server reboot
most software cannot make the server reboot

1. this is not a ltsp issue
2. check you server logs /var/log/messages etc

Since users are 'on the server' a user at a workstation can reboot the server!
3. if the logs are blank, start checking hardware

when my server rebooted the log showed: clean shutdown by candace at 14:23
whatever ! (no she did not intend to do so, it was not even her)
