I don't have one of those devices to play with, so I can't give an
accurate answer on how long it would take to make it work.

But, I have a hunch that it's just a matter of a udev rule needing to be
written to properly detect the drive and insert the proper module.

Scott and I are travelling back from Brazil today.  Once we get back home
and cleaned up a bit, we should be able to take a look at it.
