I have been through the troublshooting guide and everything seems to be Ok. However I am having the following problems: 1/ When the devices are mounted (icons on the screen) they have no contents when explored 2/ Mounting a device once and then removing it disables a further mount of a similar device (usb tested). Even though the mount and unmount of a Temp works as directed in troubleshooting.
