You don't need to specify modules for the printer. All necessary modules
should be loaded automatically.

No, you don't need to load any modules for usb storage. It should all be
handled automatically for you. All you should need to do is set:
LOCAL_STORAGE = Y
in your lts.conf file.
Also, get rid of all of the 'LOCAL_DEVICE_xx' lines. They aren't needed
anymore.
