Yep, the orange LED indicates that the frequency is out of range for the
monitor.
You'll need to specify values for X_HORZSYNC and X_VERTREFRESH
Try something like:
X_HORZSYNC = "60-70"
X_VERTREFRESH = 60
Add those lines to your lts.conf file and see if that helps.
