Please attach copy of your /etc/dhcpd.conf file and listing of /tftp directory 
You can do a "ls /tftp > listing.txt" and attach listing.txt




Sorry you should do "ls -al /tftp > listing.txt"



better yet:

   ls -lR /tftpboot  >listing.txt
