If everything else is working fine, i'd install the latest to a new
directory.  Maybe /opt/ltsp-4.2u4

Then, copy the lts.conf file from your working tree to the new one.

Adjust the 'root-path' and 'filename' entries in your dhcpd.conf file. 
You can do that for all workstations, or for individual workstations for
testing if you'd like.
