Well, it's been a long time ago, let me have a look at it. Ok, it seems I just switched off SusePlugger and SuseWatcher for one account and then copied the rc files to /etc/skel to be taken over for everyone else. It's <home>/.kde/share/config/susepluggerrc and susewatcherrc I should have documented it somewhere, can't just find it right now.
