Hello,

i've got an error that i've been trying to solve for all December without
solution :(

I want to get working a client (32bits) connected to a server (64bits) and
watch it on TV. All works fine but this last, display in TV is in black and
white. Components:

- Server: AMD64, Edubuntu 6.10 with LTSP, client generated for amd64 and
i386. VGA nvidia Gforce 6600.
- Client: EPIA box (i386, libre a mini ITX), with S3 VGA that, as i've read
in VIA's web, a VGA driver called "Unichrome". Bios is told to use a TV like
display (modern bios ;)
- Connection client-TV: i've tried with RCA and SVIDEO. Same results, and i
use now only SVIDEO (it is technically better).

With all this, clients make post in color (TV), boot form LTSP in color but
when getting into Gnome... black and white display!!!!

File /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/lts.conf uses SERVER's VGA. I've compiled the
client's driver (Unichrome) in the amd64 but, logically, i get a 64bits not
useful for a i386 architecture.

So, many questions... clients vga card in lts.conf should be the server one
or clients one? (compiling driver in a LTSP session and dpkg-reconfigure
xserver-xorg should it be enough?) Have i forgotten some step? any idea? (if
you need any explication more or data, ask for it!)

If you are reading this line, thank you.
