I am a little shy about stopping something that works to go for the latest version. The second one is from what I read, lack of documentation. Third point, on my system, the packages refer to version debian 0.99 ? It is hard to figure out which version of ltsp it is linked to ! That in fact could be an explanation, could there be a mixup of different versions of ltsp ?
>> >> Where have you added the LOCAL_STORAGE line? It should be in lts.conf >> >> Have you install the server package for you distribution? >> >> Hi. It was installed, obviously in lts.conf. I followed a few different pages telling where to put it and how easy it was! As I mentionned, the server has been working for a few months before I was asked to introduce the local storage for USB keys. There is a seemingly good guide for debian etch on ltsp, but it does not work for me. There is a mention about the ltspfs daemon whic I compiled and ran, but it does not help. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Take Surveys. Earn Cash.
