We have a shiny new SunFire X4200 with Edubuntu 7.04 we are preparing for
thin client service.

I consistently experience a frozen screen if I try to logout, shutdown, or
restart from gnome when working from the server (this happens to any
admin). We have no issues of freezing from the PXE boot clients though
:-).

We experienced the same issues with our generic home-made x86 server and
thought this issue would be resolved with new hardware and fresh install.
Ideas?

Not too big a deal as we hope to have to restart less and less as we get
ready to complete our installations. But it is annoying...
