you will have to more specific in your question.
If you want to make a ltsp server without terminal you will need to have a
pxe nic card that will could set the ip address of the ltsp server or you
will have to make you own boot driver so the NIC could recognize without a
dhcp server how to find the ltsp server.
but you can limit your dhcp server to work only with the mac address of the
ltsp clients, like you can see in any ltsp documentation.
