That's a question for the Suse guys.

Integrating LTSP into a distibution requires buy-in from the distro 
team. So far, Suse as a company hasn't been putting any resources behind 
making this happen.  Several Opensuse developers have been working on 
this, but at this point, I really don't know what their status is, and 
if they do achieve their goal of getting LTSP into Opensuse, I don't 
know what that means for the Suse distro.

At this point, I think Suse/Novell has different plans for their "Thin 
Client" solution and I don't think it involves LTSP at all.
