Fedora and Centos seem to do something similar to that by default.  If you try
to log in from two different LTSP terminals it brings up a box that states you
are already logged in and asks if you want to continue.  If you say yes, it
completes the login.  It doesn't do anything to terminate or change your first
login, though.
