For Ubuntu:

https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ltsp/5.0.39
http://people.ubuntu.com/~ogra/bzr-archive/ltsp/

For OpenSUSE:

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/server:/ltsp/openSUSE_10.3/src/

http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/DownLoads#Ltsp_5_on_Other_distributions
http://wiki.ltsp.org/twiki/bin/view/Ltsp/Ltsp5TarballInstructions

I did not found anything for RedHat/Fedora/CentOS... In this old
(November 1, 2005) Jim said that LTSP is coming...

"...McQuillan noted that RHEL 4 users need not necessarily wait until
2006 in order to have thin client functionality in their distributions."
