There will be many problems to have 2 DHCP servers in the same network... You
may migrate W2K DHCPD to LTSP DHCPD...

Just migrate DHCPD fist of all... The LTSP DHCPD can be configurated to serv
w98 networks conecting on W2k server AND LTSP clients conected on LTSP server.
