I pretend you have the MAC addresses noted in dhcpd.conf.

As far as I've read here so far, there should not be too big problems 
with it. Just try it with one client only, giving the LTSP system its 
MAC address and quoting it out on the old W2K server. Now the LTSP 
server should send a response. (Don't forget to restart the DHCP servers 
first...)

This is not based on own experience, however. Just have had one DHCP 
server running at one time.
